The deal: prepaid credit, published rates, hard limits.
PoolMill (Solid Zero LLC) sells prepaid API credit for large language models through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint (https://poolmill.com/v1). Credit is consumed per token at the published rates on /pricing. Rates may change with 7 days' notice on the site; already-purchased credit keeps the rates in effect at purchase time for 30 days.
You are responsible for your API keys. Treat them like passwords: create one per app, name them, revoke any you suspect leaked. Usage billed to your key before you revoke it is yours, leaked or not. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, reselling access in violation of upstream terms, or attempts to circumvent metering.
There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no card on file unless you add one at Stripe Checkout. Packages grant a fixed quota of usage value. Unused quota expires at the end of the package's budget period (or never, for lifetime packages, as labelled at purchase) and does not roll over.
When your quota is exhausted, requests return 429 Budget has been exceeded until the period resets or you buy more credit. Failed requests (non-2xx) are never billed.
No illegal content, no spam/malware generation, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the metering, and no sharing one account across unrelated parties. Upstream providers' use policies apply to traffic you send through us.
We target 99.5% monthly availability excluding upstream outages and scheduled maintenance. If we miss it, you may claim a 10% credit extension for the affected month by writing to [email protected] within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for model outputs — verify anything load-bearing.
Material changes to these terms are announced on the site 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
